Women of Wellness

Cultivating calm, confidence, and resilience—together

Women of Wellness is a collaborative of women educators, clinicians, and trainers bringing evidence‑informed mental health, mindfulness, and resilience programs to schools, families, and communities.

We exist to make preventive mental health skills accessible, practical, and empowering.

Through experiential learning—mindfulness, movement, nervous system education, and connection—we equip youth through adults with tools to self‑regulate, manage stress, and thrive. Our team blends clinical expertise, decades of school leadership, and national training experience to create programs that are engaging, age‑appropriate, and sustainable for real‑world settings.

Our commitments

  • Evidence‑informed practices delivered with warmth and inclusivity

  • Practical skills you can use the same day—no jargon, just tools

  • Partnership with schools and communities for lasting impact
