Self-Awareness Week 1
“At the center of your being you have the answer. You know who you are and you know what you want.”

February is the perfect month to dive deeply into self-awareness. We spent time in January assessing what we accomplished this past year and set goals for the current year. Lao Tzu says our answers are found within ourselves. This process can start with these reflections that you write down:
What do you like about your body?
What do you like about your mind?
What is your favorite quality about yourself?
What activities make you happy?
What is a place that makes you happy?
Self-awareness is activated through action, moving in a direction that highlights all the good that is specific and individual to you. Knowledge of how you think about yourself can point you in a new direction or reinforce that you are where you need to be.
