Intention- Week 1

This month we will explore the power of intention and how different spiritual leaders and self-help motivators present their ideas of this concept.

Dr. Dyer teaches that everyone has access to a higher level of awareness, even if they have not yet recognized it. This awareness reaches beyond ordinary consciousness and can help turn intentions into reality. Through spiritual awareness, you can grow into the person you are meant to be. By practicing Dr. Dyer’s 13 habits, you can begin shaping your own destiny. This week, we will explore the first seven habits.

Habit 1: Believe You Are an Infinite Spiritual Being Having a Temporary Human Experience

Habit 2: Become the Observer of Your Thoughts

Habit 3: Release Your Imagination from Current Limiting Circumstances

Habit 4: See Your Wish as Already Accomplished

Habit 5: Believe in Your Own Divine Power

Habit 6: Remain Independent of the Good Opinion of Other People

Habit 7: Reconstruct Your I Ams

Dyer believes this begins with seeing yourself as your higher self. Pay attention to your thoughts: are they aligned with your dreams? He says” you are never given the power to dream without the equivalent power to manifest that dream and make it your physical reality.” Your inner vision of yourself should not be shaped by other people’s judgments. Instead, shift your imagination from “I am not” or “I hope to become” to “I am.” This week start observing your own inner critic.
