Intention- Week 2

“You create your thoughts, our thoughts create your intentions, and
your intentions create our reality.”

-Dr.Wayne W. Dye

Dr. Dyer’s 13 habits continued to allow manifesting what you want in this life.

Habit 8: Be Patient & Banish Doubt

When you begin to trust yourself and your own wisdom, you stop looking to others to solve your life’s challenges. Instead, you remain grounded in trust, allowing yourself to attract the energy and insight needed to find the solution.

Habit 9: Align Yourself with the Feeling of the Wish Fulfilled

Start imagining in both mind and body what it will feel like to have your Wishes Fulfilled. Think about what you plan to manifest. Then go deeper to feel what that is in your body. Does it feel natural to you? Does it really feel like this is the “you” that you are deciding to be?

Habit 10: Take Stock of How Natural Your Dream Feels to You The more natural an experience your wish feels for you, the faster you will create it in your life. Conversely, the more unnatural a state of being feels to you, the longer it will take to achieve.

Habit 12: Phrase Your Intentions as Given State your intentions in the present tense, as though they are already part of your life. For example, instead of saying, "I want to be confident," you might say, "I am confident and capable." The idea is to focus your attention on the reality you wish to create.

Habit 12: Choose Your Reality with Love
When setting intentions, consider the motivation behind them. Intentions rooted in love, growth, compassion, or contribution are more likely to inspire constructive actions. Intentions driven primarily by fear, resentment, or revenge can lead to choices that reinforce those emotions.

Habit 13: Know that What You Already Have is Enough

Practice gratitude for what is already present in your life. Recognizing existing resources, relationships, strengths, and opportunities can create a sense of abundance rather than scarcity. This mindset can support well-being and help prevent constant dissatisfaction.

Creative power comes from directing thoughts, emotions, and actions toward a chosen goal. By focusing on one intention at a time, expressing it as a present reality, grounding it in love rather than fear, and appreciating what already exists, a person may become more consistent and purposeful in their actions.

A practical example might be:

Intention: "I am a healthy and energetic body."
