Cynthia O’Connell is a mindfulness, meditation, and stress reduction educator. She worked as a specialist professor in the Educational Counseling Department at Monmouth University, and as a teacher, coach, school counselor and Director of Counseling Services K-12 in New Jersey for over 30 years. Certifications include Yoga Calm® Trainer, and RYT200 Yoga Instructor. She received training in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction at Jefferson-Myrna Brind Integrative Medicine Center in Philadelphia.
